Warranty claims will not be accepted on products that have become unusable due to prolonged use and have reached the end of their useful life through normal wear and tear.

By commercial environment it refers to "a hotel gym, a neighborhood community, a fitness center, a personal training center, a rehabilitation center, a center in the military or any collective".
Products that became unusable for the prolonged use and reach their useful life won't be accepted for warranty due to normal usage.
