WEAR PARTS

The warranty for wear parts is 6 months. After this period, the cost of the part and its replacement must be borne by the customer.

Wear parts are defined as those components which, due to their nature and the continuous stress to which they are subjected, experience faster wear than the main structure of the machine.

It is recommended to replace these parts at the appropriate time to ensure safety, correct operation and the maximum service life of the equipment.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

  1. EXCLUSIONS

The warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence or improper handling.
  • Unauthorised modifications.
  • Improper storage.
  • Deterioration caused by lack of maintenance.
  • Prolonged use resulting in normal wear or end of the product's service life.
  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or installation not carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty claims will not be accepted for products that have reached the end of their service life due to normal use and wear.

  1. DOMESTIC USE IN A COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENT

The warranty will not be valid for domestic-use products installed in commercial environments.
Commercial environments include, but are not limited to:

  • Hotel gyms
  • Residential communities
  • Fitness centres
  • Personal training studios
  • Rehabilitation centres
  • Armed forces facilities
  • Any other collective use

If a new commercial-use piece of equipment is installed in a private residence, the warranty corresponding to the domestic-use product category will apply.

  1. SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

For treadmills, the warranty covers one running belt per product during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover software updates or training courses.
